224A.040 Financing infrastructure projects. The authority may, pursuant to the terms, conditions, restrictions and requirements of this chapter, lease an infrastructure project or make loans or grants as funds are available, to any governmental agency, or purchase obligations of a governmental agency, to assist the governmental agency to carry out the construction or acquisition of infrastructure projects.
