224.50-852 Waste tire program -- Administrative regulations. (1) A waste tire program is created to manage waste tires which for the purposes of KRS 224.50-850 to 224.50-880 shall include: (a) Tires not used for their original, intended purpose due to wear or damage; (b) Used tires stored for resale; and (c) Processed waste tire material. (2) The cabinet may promulgate administrative regulations to implement the waste tire program. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 529, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1998.
