222.470 Conditions requiring exclusion of consideration for state funds. Chemical dependency treatment programs shall not be considered for receipt of state funds if they: (1) Do not submit reports as required by KRS 222.460; or (2) Do not cooperate in the submission of information that would allow the cabinet to conduct a scientific random sample survey of client-outcome indicators as required by KRS 222.465.
