216A.030 Supervision and license required. No licensed long-term care facility shall operate except under the supervision of a long- term care administrator, unless approved by the board through administrative regulation, and no person shall be a long-term care administrator unless he or she is the holder of a long-term care administrator's license issued pursuant to this chapter.
