216.780 Regulations. The secretary shall promulgate regulations governing the granting of loans under KRS 216.750 to 216.780. The regulations shall provide: (1) The rate of interest to be charged. (2) Whether security is to be required, and if so, the amount and kind of security. (3) Standards for determining the feasibility and soundness of projects. (4) The form and content of applications. (5) Percentage of total project cost to be loaned in each category authorized. (6) Other matters that the secretary determines necessary to carry out the purposes of KRS 216.750 to 216.780.
