214.550 Definitions for KRS 214.552 to 214.556. As used in KRS 214.552 to 214.556: (1) (2) (3) "Department" means the Department for Public Health of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. "Fund" means the breast cancer screening fund. "Screening" means the conduct of screening mammography for the purpose of ascertaining the existence of any physiological abnormality which might be indicative of the presence of disease.
