210.090 Partisan political activity prohibited. Neither the commissioner of the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services nor his deputy nor any superintendent or director of an institution of the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities shall be permitted to engage in any partisan political activity.
