205.935 Definitions for KRS 205.940
As used in KRS 205.940: (1) (2) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; "Representative payee" means a person appointed by the Social Security Administration, United States Department of Veterans Affairs, or other nonprofit social service agency to provide financial management services to persons receiving Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, or other government benefits, who are incapable of making or executing responsible financial decisions
