205.7695 Sharing of state tax information for child support collection. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services and the Department of Revenue shall work together to develop a system of information sharing for the effective and efficient collection of child support payments. Any requirement included in KRS Chapter 131, 205, 403, or 405 or any other law for either the cabinet or the department for the confidentiality of individual personal and financial records shall not be violated in the process of this coordination.
