205.755 Manner for receipt and distribution of payments. (1) Any payments of support made on behalf of a needy dependent child who is receiving public assistance shall be deposited by the cabinet in a manner prescribed by the secretary which is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. Distribution of any payments so made shall be made in a manner prescribed by the secretary which is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. (2) The cabinet may establish a system to receive and process all child support payments using automated payment options including, but not limited to, telephone and personal computer payment methods.
