205.6328 Quarterly reports to General Assembly regarding Medicaid program changes -- Expiration provision. (1) The Cabinet for Human Resources shall establish a system for the reporting to the General Assembly, on a quarterly basis, through December 31, 1996, as to the progress in implementing the provisions of KRS 205.6310 to 205.6332, the findings of any reports or studies authorized by KRS 205.6310 to 205.6332, and recommendations regarding the reports or studies. (2) As each item identified in subsection (1) of this section has been completed, that item shall not be included on the next quarterly report, but shall be identified as having been completed.
