190.038 Manufacturer to provide information on service or repairs of its motor vehicles. (1) Any manufacturer of motor vehicles licensed in accordance with KRS 190.030 shall provide to any person upon request and at reasonable cost, any schematic, manual or any other technical documentation needed to service or repair motor vehicles manufactured by the manufacturer of a year model not to exceed ten (10) years prior to the current year model. (2) Failure to comply with the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of a manufacturer's license in accordance with KRS 190.040.
