18A.043 Administrative regulations to implement Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act. The secretary of the Personnel Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A, to implement the provisions of the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, Subtitle D of Public Law 100-690, so that the Commonwealth of Kentucky can certify that it has met the requirements designed to promote a drug-free workplace for all state employees.
