186.023 Title and registration cancelled upon notice of transfer from another jurisdiction. The Transportation Cabinet shall cancel the registration and title of any motor vehicle registered or titled in Kentucky within thirty (30) days following receipt of notification from another jurisdiction that the Kentucky title issued for such motor vehicle has been surrendered.
