183.863 Corporate nature -- Quorum. The commission shall be a body politic and corporate with the usual corporate attributes, including, but not limited to the power to sue and be sued, contract and be contracted with and to do all things reasonable or necessary to effectively carry out the duties prescribed. It shall meet on the call of the chairman or four (4) or more members. A quorum shall consist of four (4) members. Effective: March 25, 1960 History: Created 1960 Ky.
