181.050 Bridge or tunnel to be free when bonds are paid and to be part of primary road system. When enough tolls have been collected, after payment of the cost of collection and maintenance, to fully retire the bonds, the bridge or tunnel shall be free of all toll charges and become a part of the primary system of state roads.
