177.842 Application of KRS 177.830(10) to outdoor advertising. KRS 177.830(10) in conjunction with the prohibition of KRS 177.841(2) shall extend to all applicable outdoor advertising devices erected after January 1, 1976, unless previously determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in compliance with the laws, regulations, and rules governing outdoor advertising devices or were situated in an area which was authorized by an existing or previous statute.
