176.432 Fiscal-year-to-date funding status reports on highway construction contingency account. (1) The department shall transmit, on a quarterly basis, electronic data to the General Assembly through the Legislative Research Commission giving a fiscal-year-to-date funding status report on the highway construction contingency account established under KRS 45.247. (2) The report shall include: (a) The available budget of the account; (b) Authorizations by funding code category; (c) The total available balance in the account; and (d) For the most recent quarter, a listing of individual projects and agreements authorized, including the location, a physical description, and amount of authorization.
