176.124 Work of department personnel restricted to rights-of-way. No officer, agent or employee of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Highways, shall perform or cause to be performed any work or provide or cause to be provided services of any nature beyond the right-of-way limits of any public road, nor shall any person accept the work or services of any officer, agent or employee of the department on private property.
