175B.110 Indemnification from liability for an authority's board members, officers, and employees. Board members, officers, and employees of each authority authorized under this chapter shall be indemnified from liability asserted by any person on the bonds or notes of the authority, or any personal liability or accountability by reason of: (1) The issuance of bonds, notes, or guarantees; (2) The acquisition, construction, ownership, or operation of any project funded in whole or part by the authority; or (3) Any other action taken or the failure to act by the authority.
