173.410 Retirement plan for employees. The governing board of any tax-supported library, created or existing under the laws of Kentucky, which has not less than two (2) full-time employees, may provide for their retirement with annuities; may adopt the American Library Association retirement plan; or make any other provisions for the retirement of its employees.
