163.460 Definitions for chapter. As used in this chapter unless the context otherwise requires: (1) (2) (3) (4) "Office" means the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, or the duly authorized division within the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation; "Legally blind" means a visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better eye with correction or a visual field of 20 degrees or less; "Visually impaired" means a condition of the eye with correction which constitutes or progressively results for the individual in a substantial disability to employment; and "Executive director" means the executive director of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation or the director of the duly authorized division within the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Where a conflict exists, Acts ch. 405, which was last enacted by the General Assembly, prevails under KRS 446.250.
