161.126 Designation of executive director of the Education Professional Standards Board as state official under agreement -- Handling contracts under agreement. (1) The "designated state official" for this state shall be the executive director of the Education Professional Standards Board. The executive director shall enter into contracts pursuant to Article III of the agreement only with the approval of the specific text by the Education Professional Standards Board. (2) True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to the agreement shall be kept on file in the office of the Education Professional Standards Board and in the office of the Secretary of State. The executive director of the board shall publish all contracts in convenient form. Effective: June 21, 2001 History: Amended 2001 Ky.
