16.199 Trooper R Class or commercial vehicle enforcement officer R Class to adhere to agency standards of conduct and policy -- Complaints. (1) All individuals employed as a Trooper R Class or commercial vehicle enforcement officer R class shall adhere to the agency standards of conduct and policy. (2) Any person may proffer charges against an individual employed as a Trooper R Class or commercial vehicle enforcement officer R class by submitting a written complaint, signed by the complainant, with the Office of Internal Affairs within the department.
