154.10-090 Cooperation among state agencies and coordination of programs. (1) The secretary and the directors of other state agencies and entities receiving state funds for programs and activities which may affect state economic development shall cooperate in the coordination of those programs and activities to achieve the successful implementation of the state's strategic economic development plan. (2) The board shall compile a list of state agencies and the extent to which they have direct programmatic involvement in Kentucky's economic development systems. This information shall be presented to the General Assembly before each even- numbered-year regular session for the purpose of considering programmatic and budget adjustments. (3) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as modifying, superseding, or repealing any provisions of KRS Chapter 146, 151, 224, or 350, or the obligations of the Energy and Environment Cabinet under those chapters.
