14A.4-050 Obligations of registered agent. The duties of a registered agent are to: (1) Forward to the entity or foreign entity for which it is the registered agent any service of process, notice, or demand received on its behalf; and (2) Collect and maintain the information described in KRS 14A.4-010(3).
