141.470 Use of funds apportioned to the nature preserves fund. The Office of Kentucky Nature Preserves shall maintain a separate account showing all remittances to, and disbursements from, the Kentucky nature preserves fund made from contributions under KRS 141.455. Contributions remitted to the Kentucky nature preserves fund under KRS 141.465 shall be disbursed by the Office of Kentucky Nature Preserves for the acquisition of land or interests in land as provided in KRS 146.465 and for the protection, maintenance, and use of the land, and for no other purpose.
