13A.125 Restrictions on filing subsequent proposed administrative regulation with same number and title. Prior to the effective date of a proposed administrative regulation, an administrative body shall not file a subsequent proposed administrative regulation with the same number or title unless: (1) The proposed administrative regulation already filed is withdrawn in accordance with KRS 13A.310; and (2) A subsequent proposed administrative regulation is filed in accordance with KRS 13A.220.
