138.7291 Transportation Cabinet authorized to order agreements relating to collection of motor fuel taxes. The Transportation Cabinet may enter into motor fuels tax agreements on behalf of the Commonwealth with authorized representatives of other jurisdictions providing for the collection, refund, or audit of interstate motor fuel taxes. Copies of any and all agreements shall be maintained by the secretary of the cabinet. History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 175, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1988.
