134.800 County clerk to collect ad valorem taxes on motor vehicles registered by him -- Acceptable means of payment. The county clerk shall be collector of all state, county, city, urban-county government, school, and special taxing district ad valorem taxes on motor vehicles registered by him. The clerk may accept payment of taxes due by any commercially acceptable means including credit cards. Effective: March 30, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky.
