118.611 Candidates required to make deposit with Secretary of State -- Refund -- Escheat to Commonwealth. Before any candidate's name is placed upon the official ballot by the Secretary of State for a presidential preference primary in the Commonwealth, the candidate shall remit to the Secretary of State a filing fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000), which shall be nonrefundable unless no presidential preference primary is held.
