79-3657. Same; return information confidential. Return information submitted to any party or parties acting for and on behalf of the state shall be treated as confidential. Disclosure of such information necessary under K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 79-3655 and 79-3656, and amendments thereto, shall be pursuant to a written agreement between the department and the party or parties. Such party or parties shall be bound by the same requirements of confidentiality as the department, under K.S.A. 75-5133, and amendments thereto.
