72-4010. Same; sanctioning unlawful use; penalties for violations. The contract of any employee of any educational institution which participates in the state safety fund, who officially sanctions the use of driver training motor vehicles in violation of this act shall be suspended for the remainder of the term for which the contract was made and two or more violations under this section by any employee of an educational institution in any one year shall result in the loss of subsequent participation in such fund by such educational institution.
