72-1892. Same; contribution to premium payment by employer. Any school district or community junior college which is authorized by K.S.A. 72-1891 to procure a contract insuring its certificated employees and other employees or any class or classes thereof under a policy or policies of group insurance covering one or more risks or to procure a contract with a health maintenance organization to provide health care services for such employees may pay all or a portion of the premiums on such policies or the charges on such contract from the funds of such school district or community junior college.
