17-6903. Same; notices to stockholders and creditors. All notices required to be given to stockholders and creditors in any action in which a trustee or receiver for a corporation was appointed shall be given by the clerk of the district court or in the manner provided by any applicable section of the code of civil procedure, unless otherwise ordered by the district court.
