Sec. 10. "District" means any of the following districts:

(1) District 1 consists of the following counties:

Benton County

Carroll County

Cass County

Fulton County

Jasper County

Lake County

LaPorte County

Marshall County

Newton County

Porter County

Pulaski County

Starke County

St. Joseph County

Warren County

White County.

(2) District 2 consists of the following counties:

Bartholomew County

Brown County

Clark County

Dearborn County

Floyd County

Harrison County

Jackson County

Jefferson County

Jennings County

Ohio County

Ripley County

Scott County

Switzerland County

Washington County.

(3) District 3 consists of the following counties:

Adams County

Allen County

Blackford County

DeKalb County

Elkhart County

Grant County

Howard County

Huntington County

Kosciusko County

LaGrange County

Miami County

Noble County

Steuben County

Wabash County

Wells County

Whitley County.

(4) District 4 consists of the following counties:

Decatur County

(5) District 5 consists of the following counties:
