(745 ILCS 10/10-101) (from Ch. 85, par. 10-101) Sec. 10-101. The following Acts and parts of Acts are repealed: Sections 1-4-1, 1-4-2, 1-4-3, of the "Illinois Municipal Code", approved May 29, 1961, as amended; Section 3a, (Immunity) as added by House Bill No. 1640 of the Seventy-First General Assembly, of "An Act to provide for the creation and management of forest preserve districts and repealing certain acts therein named", approved June 27, 1913, as amended; "An Act relating to damages recoverable in actions for torts of park districts", approved July 9, 1959, as amended; Section 2a as added by Act approved July 22, 1959 of "An Act in relation to the creation, maintenance, operation and improvement of the Chicago Park District", approved July 10, 1933, as amended; Section 23 of the "Chicago Regional Port District Act", approved June 6, 1951, as amended; Section 26 of the "Waukegan Port District Act", approved June 30, 1955 as amended; Section 25 of the "Joliet Regional Port District Act", approved July 6, 1957, as amended; Section 26 of the "Tri-City Regional Port District Act", approved April 1, 1959, as amended; Section 26 of the "Seneca Regional Port District Act", approved August 9, 1961, as amended; Section 26 of the "Shawneetown Regional Port District Act", approved August 9, 1961, as amended; Section 30 of the "Southwest Regional Port District Act", approved August 9, 1961, as amended; Section 8.5a of the "Housing Authorities Act", approved March 19, 1934, as amended.
