(70 ILCS 2410/0.01) (from Ch. 42, par. 319g1) Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Sanitary Districts (1917 Act) Bond Act. (Source: P.A. 86-1324.)

(70 ILCS 2410/4) (from Ch. 42, par. 319h) Sec. 4. After the ordinance has become effective as provided in Section 3 hereof, a copy thereof properly certified by the Clerk of the district shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk in each of the counties in which any of the property of said sanitary district is located and it shall be the duty of such County Clerk to extend the tax therein provided for each of the years while any of said bonds are outstanding, said tax to be in addition to all other taxes such sanitary district may now or hereafter be authorized to levy and shall be in addition to the amount of tax such sanitary district may now or hereafter be authorized to levy for general corporate purposes by virtue of the provisions of Section 12 of "An Act to create sanitary districts and to provide for sewage disposal," approved June 22, 1917, as amended, or under and by virtue of any law or laws which may limit the amount of tax which said sanitary district may levy for general corporate purposes. (70 ILCS 2410/5) (from Ch. 42, par. 319i) Sec. 5. The purchaser of any bonds provided for hereunder shall not be obligated to inquire into the validity of the items funded by reason of the issue of such bonds and all bonds issued hereunder shall be valid and binding obligations of any such sanitary district, notwithstanding the fact that such bonds, either in whole or in part, exceed any statutory debt limitation in force at the time said bonds are issued.
