(525 ILCS 27/5) (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 5. Native prairie and forage plants; State agencies. Every State agency, where appropriate, shall give preference to using native prairie and forage plants to benefit pollinators, including, but not limited to, honey bees and monarch butterflies. The Department of Agriculture shall provide information when requested to support this initiative. (Source: P.A. 101-76, eff. 1-1-20.)
