(20 ILCS 865/1) (from Ch. 105, par. 541) Sec. 1. The Department of Natural Resources is authorized to enter into and carry out agreements with any agency of the United States Government to insure the performance of the items of non-federal participation involved in the operation and maintenance of improvements to the Kaskaskia River watershed for the purposes of making certain portions of it suitable for public outdoor recreation utilization, including the management of fisheries and wildlife, as set forth in House Document No. 232, First Session, 85th Congress of the United States of America.
