§367D-3 Contracts. To encourage cooperation and assist private agencies that have existing programs designed specifically for female offenders and to encourage private agencies to develop and implement new programs, the director of public safety shall make contracts available to private agencies electing to participate in the contract program, subject to chapter 103F.
