Parties interested and participating in the trial of all cases tried in the courts are authorized and empowered, on the order of the court trying the case, to withdraw from the court and record of the case all original deeds, maps, blueprints, notes, papers, and documents belonging to the parties and which are introduced in evidence on the trial, on substituting therefor, when required by the court, duplicates thereof, verified as such by the parties or their agents, representatives, or attorneys.
