The Commissioner of Housing shall design, implement, operate and monitor a program of congregate housing. For the purpose of this program, the Commissioner of Housing shall consult with the Commissioner of Social Services for the provision of services for persons with physical disabilities in order to comply with the requirements of section 29-271.
