The commissioner or any employee of the Department of Administrative Services, while engaged in the performance of his or her duties, may enter at all reasonable hours into and upon any premises in or on which a crane or hoisting equipment is located for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted thereunder.

History: June Sp. Sess. P.A. 05-3 included hoisting equipment within the purview of section, effective July 1, 2005; pursuant to P.A. 11-51, “Department of Public Safety” was changed editorially by the Revisors to “Department of Construction Services”, effective July 1, 2011; P.A. 12-99 made a technical change; pursuant to P.A. 13-247, “Department of Construction Services” was changed editorially by the Revisors to “Department of Administrative Services”, effective July 1, 2013.
