The Legislative Commissioners’ Office shall, in codifying the provisions of public act 17-2 of the June special session, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of public act 17-2 of the June special session, including, but not limited to, correcting inaccurate internal references.
