§ 12-61-1107. Conservation cash fund - repeal

(1) There is hereby created in the state treasury the conservation cash fund, which consists of any moneys transferred pursuant to section 12-61-1104 and 12-61-1106 and any gifts, grants, and donations provided to carry out the purposes of this part 11. All money in the fund shall be used as provided in this part 11. Interest earned on the fund shall remain in the fund and shall not be deposited in or transferred to the general fund or any other fund.

(2) (a) As soon as practicable after May 29, 2018, the state treasurer shall transfer to the conservation cash fund any moneys in the division of real estate cash fund created in the section 12-61-111.5 that are attributable to any fees, gifts, grants, or donations credited to the division of real estate cash fund in accordance with section 12-61-724 (3) or section 12-61-727 that are in the fund immediately prior to the repeal of sections 12-61-724 and 12-61-727.

(b) This subsection (2) is repealed, effective July 1, 2019.
