The twenty-four million nine hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($24,915,000) appropriated by Chapter 1331 of the Statutes of 1989 and the act amending this section in the 1990 portion of the 1989–90 Regular Session of the Legislature, to be allocated to counties for uncompensated physician services shall be allocated to MISP counties in accordance with percentages established in Section 16941. These funds shall be administered in accordance with subdivisions (b) and (c) of Section 16950.
