Facilities for the court shall be maintained in the Cities of Hanford, Corcoran, Lemoore, and (if incorporated pursuant to Section 73391.5) Avenal, and in such other locations within the County of Kings as are designated by the board of supervisors. The court shall hold sessions at each facility as business requires. At the direction of the court, arraignment of criminal defendants who are in custody at the Kings County Jail facility shall be held in the court facility located in Hanford.
