Facilities for the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court shall be maintained in the City of San Luis Obispo, and may be maintained at any other location within the county. The court may hold sessions at each facility, as business requires. At the direction of the presiding judge, any subordinate judicial officer may perform his or her duties at any court location. At the direction of the court, arraignment of criminal defendants who are in custody at the San Luis Obispo County Jail facility shall be held at that facility.
