(a)
(1) The members of the Burial Association Board shall first meet within five (5) days subsequent to their appointment and elect one (1) of their members as chair.
(2) The board shall meet thereafter at such times and at such places as may be prescribed by rules and regulations adopted by the board.
(b)
(1) A simple majority of members of the board shall constitute a quorum, and the concurring votes of not less than a majority of the members present at any meeting shall be necessary to the decision of any question or issue or the authorization of any action.
(2) The consumer representative and the representative of the elderly shall be full voting members.
